Breath Coaching
After mentoring with my breathwork and yoga teacher for 2 years at a healing centre in Thailand, I witnessed in myself and others the power of correct breathing and various different breathing techniques could have on peoples mental and physical health.
I now offer workshops and 1:1 sessions sharing various breathwork techniques that can enhance the bodies natural functions, helping symptoms ranging from anxiety & depression to hormone health and digestive complaints. Breathwork can boost the function of organs, glands and circulation bringing us into homeostasis allowing healing to happen. Even a slight adjustment to the way we exhale and inhale, can have a huge impact on our health.
Every one of the 50 trillion cells making up our bodies, in every organ and gland, requires oxygen on a minute by minute basis in order to keep their functions happening at peak performance.
If you are struggling with a health condition, the breath is a free, incredibly valuable tool to enhance the immune system and create different healing effects in the body.
